Buying Stuff

Lindsey walks in a little flustered, some Nike kids were talking about her again, she aprroached the girl at the frint desk and signed saying, she needed help, But she mentally palmedc her self, the girl probally doesn't understand.

of course the deaf girl thought. She nodded her head and pointed to her mouth.

Lindsey smiled finnaly, someone who can actually sign! Do you have vitimin water? she signed.

Lindsey nodded and found the lemon vitimin water, she came back to the girl, Im Lindsey she signed and spelt out her name instead of using her sign, but then she did her name sign, a zig zag along her wavy hair,

She put a shh symbol to her mouth, god of silence, something with and H, she thought about the girls name and made her a sign name, Leena she tilted her arm diangnolly.

Leena shrugged, Yeah, but like he cursed me with not being able to speak. Most of his kids have this.

Most gods are known to do stuff like that. Aphrodites, as I call them, a cursed to be brats. Most of the time Lethe kids are cursed with an awful memory, or a really spectacular one. Apollos are stuck with a reputation that they should be perfect. It sometimes works out well, but mostly it doesn't. Leena signs, spelling out "Aphrodites." She could get into a pretty heated argument about this, mostly because she lost her father at such a young age.

Lindsey laughed, this was the only thing anyone can hear out of her mouth, Aphrodites, Lethe, Apolos., She made up signs for each. Aphrodites were a pagent move when they bling really hard and blow kisses, Lethe were pointing to the brain, and Apollo was jazz hands.

Leena couldn't help but laugh at Lindsey's signs for the various groups mentioned before. Jazz hands were just hilarious, and the Pageant move for Aphrodite just suited them so well. She decided to create a sign for Demeter, slowly move her arms up then spreading them to the sides, like in ballet when the dancers were flowers that just bloomed. Demeter.

Lindsey put on her straight face, Only deaf kids make signs. She smiles from being silent

Leena nods, with a slight smile. She was beginning to like this deaf girl. Normally, the campers just bought their things and walked off with out even a thank you. She had learned to ignore the rude manners, but it was still nice when a demigod came to talk, or in Lindsey's case, sign.

:Lindsey sits down on a little thing.Do you allways work here?

Leena shakes her head. No. I sometimes am here, sometimes helping Chiron with random things, or I help out with lessons. Things like that.

She nodded her head, Like a councelor at Camp Louise?

Just like that. Normally, you have to leave camp when you're 18, but sometimes Chiron needs help. She signs, with a slight nod. Her cat jumps up onto the counter, carefully nesting in a pile of probably important forms.

Whos cat is that? She signs. Lindsey has always loved animals cause they can't talk, well execpt for parrots, but they just mimick voices.

She's mine. Her name is Snowball. Leena strokes her white cat, who promptly starts purring.
