Some explaination

Now for the Cabin Leaders and such.

Cabin Leaders:
They go to the meetings when needed. They also are the ones who have the power and go around doing inspection. Cannons that are specified in the book of being Cabin Leaders will be ones.
Assistant Leaders:
They take over when there isn't a leader present. Also, if the Cabin Leader is on a long term leave or Quest, They take over. Assistant Leaders generally are younger then Cabin Leaders.
CITS:
Counselors in Training. They don't really have any power over the cabin. They are just training to be staff someday. If you want one of your characters to be a CIT, Pm an admin.
Staff:
They work for Chiron and are over age 18. They teach the activities, run the camp store, etc.
Mentors:
Mentors don't have long time commitment to the Camp. They are over age 18, stay in their regular cabin, and just help campers train. PM an admin if you would like one of your characters to be a mentor.
