Powers***: Can ressurect the dead for 5 minutes at a time, with no more than having 10 dead people up at a time. It gives him a headache and makes him hungry when he tries

Talents\Skills: Playing bassoon (that's right. i'm awesome at it)
Biography**: Javier was born in Canada (by accident though. It was supposed to be a honeymoon trip to the Canadian Side of Niagara Falls). His family moved to Houston a the age of 8 from New York. Soon Hurricane Ike struck and his family died. He was forced to make the trip to CHB with a satyr and monster on thieir heels

He can use his powers up to around 17 times per day
He also sucks at all sports and can't work without first eating an apple

17?! That's a bit excessive. Reduce it down to 7.
